There is no border in the online world and this project is a clear demonstration of why this is the case: Our management of the “Korea Tourismus” social media channel. This channel belongs to the official Korea Tourismus Organization German website, aimed at introducing Korea and encouraging potential visitors. Due to the organization’s representative character, our approach to conveying their content generally requires a more neutral, informational and subtle tone. After analysing the previous content and followers, we established a suitable way to stimulate more engagement. Successfully we adjusted it to grow the page step by step in an organic way. The key point was to correctly determine the follower’s needs. And constant communication. It is not just an advertising board page – It is a communication channel.
